Zink Spray (400ml)
Top-grade primer with a zinc purity of 99 % with dried film. For subsequent painting work. Highly resistant and flexible and protects metal parts by means of electrochemical processes. Active corrosion protection, temperature resistant up to approx. 500 °C.
As rust and corrosion protection on iron and steel surfaces, especially at welding seams. To repair damaged galvanic surfaces and to protect the entire exhaust system.
- high zinc content
- outstanding thermal stability
- can be painted over
- high abrasion resistance
- Anti-corrosive
- lasting corrosion protection
- fast-drying
- smooth, pore-free film
ApplicÂaÂtion
Shake can for approx. 2 minutes before use. Spray in thin coats on clean, degreased and dry metal surfaces from a distance of approx. 20 – 30 cm. Layer thickness of the zinc film dry after a single spraying: 25 – 35 µm. Note: Can be painted over, but the large number of paint systems available makes a preliminary self-test essential. After use, hold the can with spray head upside down and spray clear the valve until only pure propellant emerges.
